Payment for Services: Payment in full is due at the time of booking your service. Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted forms of payment. *For Biofeedback: FSA/HSA cards are also accepted We do not take insurance at this time, however you may able to be reimbursed by your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment.
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be given for services or products.
Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your practitioner will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the amount for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your practitioner and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Biofeedback referral Program: For every client referred, you'll receive a $35 gift certificate. Redeem toward a package, session or products or give to a friend.
